Meeting the Moment in 2024-25: A Seminar for School Leaders
Course Description: Meeting the Moment will be a year-long cohort experience for 20 independent school leaders, focused on:
- leading civil conversations
- keeping conflict healthy
- navigating the elections
- understanding the anti-DEI campaign
- charting a course forward
This seminar will provide a confidential, reflective, collaborative space for school leaders to build skills, share ideas, process fears, widen their lenses, and expand their range of motion for responding to all that arises in 2024-25. Content includes in-depth research into the national anti-DEI campaign as well as tools for keeping conflict healthy. All conversations will be shaped by race and identity consciousness.

Cost: The cost per person is $1295*
